2. Send an email to admin@melturnerphysio.com.au with your preferred times/days. Include any referrals or investigation scanned please
3. Leave voicemail or text message on 0437373100 and I will call back that day

Payments:

• I have the facility to use your health fund card and receive a rebate for your appointment, and payment is required at time of appointment.
• Cash is welcome, or eftpos and credit card is available.
